What better way to see in the New Year than a club training ride on Zwift!
Nine riders woke up early on New Years day and rode one of coach Billy Oliver's training plans to help us start 2021.
It was a great ride, with all standards training together with a 'no drop' policy in place, but all of us able to give it our all...
Well done Alice for gaining the green jersey, Teri for her first club training session and the team guys for showing us how to generate some serious wattage!!
Happy New year all!
Everyone please say hello and welcome to the club, Toby Hamilton!
Toby was born on Thursday 10th December 2020!!
Proud Dad Will, who is a keen time trialist and our club ride organiser, is pleased to say both Mum and Toby are well. Toby is already eyeing up Dads bikes!!
Early reports of Toby beating Dad on the Iron Acton 10 are out!
Please welcome Teri, who joined the club earlier this month.
Teri, who lives in South Gloucestershire, has always had a passion for fitness but especially cycling. Teri can often be found cycling through our lovely countryside - sometimes with a dog on board!
More recently, Teri has been inspired by some of the FTP's women's results, so has joined FTP and is now slowly increasing her mileage.... Good luck Teri, and we hope to see you one day joining the ladies having a great season...
